Phase 1 · Foundation Week · Static Release
Admission Test Hub — 7-Day Foundation Sprint
A focused first week for learners who need a repeatable study rhythm across Physics, Chemistry, Higher Mathematics and Biology. Each day moves from a short concept capsule to recall, problem solving, explanation, error repair and later retesting.
Truthful release boundary
This is a teacher-authored Foundation Sprint. Historical Biology evidence is published separately as transparent 2016–17 DU and Medical full secondary reconstructions. Independent paper-level verification remains pending, and no predictive ranking release is authorized.
Admission Biology Evidence
The governed evidence viewer exposes the current 2016–17 Biology reconstruction directly from the audited data ledgers, with source provenance and evidence-state boundaries visible on every paper.

How to use the week
- Learn: read the day's concept capsule and open the linked source lesson where available.
- Recall without notes: write or speak the key idea before checking the prompt.
- Solve: complete the day's questions or written work under a timer.
- Explain: state why the valid answer works and why the tempting alternative fails.
- Repair: return to the linked source concept and record the misconception.
- Retest: revisit the error on Day 3, Day 6 or the weekly test.
Seven-day route
Day 1 · Diagnose
Vectors, mole concept, limit and differentiation baseline, cell and organelles.
Day 2 · Build
Force, work and energy; calculation discipline; derivative rules; cell division.
Day 3 · Retrieve
Momentum, atomic structure, differentiation problems and biomolecules.
Day 4 · Apply
Circular and gravitational mechanics; periodic trends and bonding; tangent and maxima–minima; Genetics basics.
Day 5 · Integrate
Mixed mechanics, VSEPR and hybridization, calculus past-question method, DNA and RNA.
Day 6 · Consolidate
Written work across all four subjects and a targeted mastery audit.
Day 7 · Test and repair
Weekly Test 1, explanation review, error log and a targeted retest.
Assessment route
After Day 7, attempt the static 30-question Foundation Model Test. It is intentionally bounded and teacher-authored for this sprint; it does not represent a historical admission-paper analysis.
Study contract
- Use a timer, but do not trade reasoning for speed.
- Keep an error log with three fields: misconception, source concept, retest date.
- Do not treat a score as a diagnosis of ability; use it as a signal for the next repair action.
- Where a topic has no existing LBFL source route yet, use the day's capsule as a bounded foundation and mark the gap for later curriculum development.
